Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CC-010775-J of County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Homes of Regency Cove, Inc. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EDWARD LINDENBERG, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS OR PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4851 W. GANDY BLVD., B5 L 31 IN REGENCY COVE is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: in Room 201/202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, George Edgecomb Courthouse, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 pm, on the 7th day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit B5, L31 of Regency Cove, A Cooperative, according to Exhibit C2 of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 6284 at Pages 1079 through 1142 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, commonly known as Lot B5L31, Regency Cove Mobile Home Park, 4851 Gandy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, for a term of years from the 1 day of June, 1991, until the 31 day of May 2090, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Master Occupancy Agreement which form of Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association at 4851 Gandy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida,. The Unit Owner is the owner of appurtenant share certificate #103 of Homes of Regency Cove, Inc. the street address of which is: 4851 W. Gandy Blvd., B5 L 31 Tampa, FL 33611.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
