NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or order resetting foreclosure dated June 30, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated August 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-28681 DIV I UCN: 292009CA028681XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES, 2007-1 is Plaintiff and LANCE K. OTTO; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 6th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 153, MAP OR PART OF PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 56, AND 57, AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
