NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-32060 DIV F UCN: 292009CA032060XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM COPELAND; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER MIN NO. 1000157-0007728620-7; RIVERGLEN OF BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 05 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 245, BLOCK 1, RIVERGLEN UNIT 4 PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 56-1 THROUGH 56-4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
