NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-000420, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. INDYMAC VENTURE, LLC, is Plaintiff and VERDELL GRAY, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERDELL GRAY, JR. N/K/A VERONICA GREY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, LAKE NORBERT-FULLER SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
