Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order resetting sale on September 1, 2011 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-000592, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, ERIC LOPEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC LOPEZ N/K/A YAMILE SALES; JULIA ZOE LOPEZ; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2:00 PM on October 4, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 73, Block 1, Brentwood Hills, Tract “A”, Unit 1, According to The Map or Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 67, Page(s) 33, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
