NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-11066-CC-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KARL D. NORRIS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 26602 on the 7 day of October, 2011, at 2 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block D, PROVIDENCE LAKES UNIT 11, PHASE A, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 64, page 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
