ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC3 is Plaintiff and GALLA C. NAVON AND ______ NAVON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GALLA C. NAVON, IF MARRIED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, AS NOMINEE FOR PINNACLE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 13 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6104, OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15389, AT PAGE 553 THROUGH 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
