NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-22050 DIV H UCN: 292008CA022050XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS LXS 2007-15N is Plaintiff and KENNETH NORRIS; THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 207, BUILDING 23 OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387, PAGE 330 AND ALL EXHIBITS AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
