and commonly known as: 6706 VALRIE LN, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on October 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
