BUILDING NO. 4, UNIT 5224, CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15732, PAGES 959 THROUGH 1090, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5224 HARRISON BEACH PLACE, TAMPA, FL 33609; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on October 11, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
