NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered September 8, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-024496 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MAIDEN LANE ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2008-1, WITHOUT RECOURSE, Plaintiff, and, SUTTON, EDDIE L., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2 pm, on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 2 of OAK HILL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 38, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
