NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on September 6, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-030621 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, RBC CENTURA BANK, Plaintiff, and, JOHNSON, JR., RICHARD F., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13 day of October, 2011, the following described property:
LOT 9 OF INLET SUBDIVISION OF RUSKIN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 128 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 1O FEET THEREOF OF THE WEST 102 FEET.
