NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009998, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSE CRISTOBAL, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10 AM, on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 228, BUILDING 16 OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387, PAGE 330, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
