Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2010-CA-011500-NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 25, VIVIENDA AT THE MEADOWS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1199, Pages 1109-1135, et seq., and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 13, 13A and 13B, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on September 30, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
