NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 28th day of September, 2011, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida.
Unit 309, RENAISSANCE I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument #2001000167, as thereafter amended, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 34, Page 39, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
