NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of August, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-015075 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein The BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE EQCC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-1F is the Plaintiff and WESLEY JOHN SCHUMACHER; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WESLEY JOHN SCHUMACHER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVE R TABOR, STEVE R TABOR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 31, 2ND ADDITION TO NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 44, 44A THROUGH 440, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
