NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 22, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014696 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and SUSAN EISMAN; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; VISTAS ON BENEVA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 27th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
