NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003655 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA6 is Plaintiff, and brian k. johnson, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3150, VILLAGES AT PINETREE, PONDEROSA ENCLAVE, AS PER PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
