Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2011-CA-000167-NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 507, GULFSTREAM TOWERS, a Condominium together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 505, Page(s) 53-83, inclusive, as amended from time to time, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page(s) 13 through 17, inclusive, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on October 4, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
