Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 6, 2011, in case number 2011 CA 000165 NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein IBERIABANK, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE T. HERRIG, LAURAHERRIG, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, KANAYA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, FIRST FEDERAL BANK OF FLORIDA, and FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER FOR FLAGSHIP NATIONAL BANK are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of October, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1501, KANAYA, a Mixed Use Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007020939, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 40, Page 24, 24A through 24G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
