NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-006679 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST, MARY J. JOHNSON A/K/A MARY JO JOHNSON, DECEASED; MARLENE VALORIS ORTLOFF, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARY J. JOHNSON A/K/A MARY JO JOHNSON, DECEASED; MARTIN GUNNAR JOHNSON, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARY J.
