NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 018812 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Nokomis, Florida, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of December, 2011 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
