NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005670-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Shelley A. King a/k/a Shelley King, an Unremarried Widower and Surviving Spouse of Barry W. King a/k/a Barry King are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on October 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 12 AND ALL OF LOT 13, BLOCK 1, INDIAN BEACH ESTATES, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
