NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016505 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ETTA WOODS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ETTA WOODS; unknown tenant(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 676, DESOTO LAKES, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
