NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28TH day of October, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-003894-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on the 20TH day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 1, PHASE 1, VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8012, PAGE 1307, AS AMENDED BY FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8295, PAGE 4397, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, TO BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
