NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007315 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA6, is Plaintiff, and LEOPOLDO SOUSA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 38, CEDAR BEND AT MEADOW WOODS, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGES 150-152, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
