NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26TH day of August, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-002421-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on the 10TH day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, ANGEBILT ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
