NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-033546-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF16, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF16 is the Plaintiff and WALTER H JARRETT A/K/A WALTER JARRETT, ISPC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER H JARRETT (REFUSED NAME) A/K/A WALTER JARRETT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, RI-MAR RIDGE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
