ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-X3, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2004, WITHOUT RECOURSE. is the Plaintiff, and WALTER POWELL, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, CATALINA PARK 2ND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, of the public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2011.
