NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
REGARDING MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS BEING HELD
THE SAME DAY AS THE PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY
The Town Council of the Town of Windermere will hold a SPECIAL MEETING for the purpose of a first reading of Ordinance 2011-04 regarding Municipal Elections being held the same day as the Presidential Preference Primary. This meeting will take place Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at or around 7:00 p.m., in the Town Hall, 520 Main Street, Windermere, Florida.
Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in this proceeding should contact the Town Clerk at least 48 hours before the meeting. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this Special Meeting, they will need to assure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made which includes testimony and evidence upon which an appeal is based. This petition is in accordance with section 286.010 F.S.
