NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure sale filed September 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014439-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and Germanico A. Becerril A/K/A Germanico Becerril, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1911, OF THE TRADEWINDS, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8476, PAGE 544, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATIONS.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
