NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated August 29, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2011, the following described property:
a spirituous alcoholic beverage license, being license #BEV 62-05101, a 4COP quota alcoholic beverage license which License is issued in Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
