NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Parcel consisting of Unit 1123, as shown on condominium plat of LOS PRADOS, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE 11, according to the Condominium Plat Book 75, Pages 76 through 84, Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed April 1, 1984, in Official Record Book 5737, Pages 203 through 244, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with all amendments thereto and the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 247 Los Prados Drive, Safety Harbor, Florida, 34695.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 28, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
