NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-09732, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and FIFTH THIRD BANK, AHMAD MAKI KUBBA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AHMAD MAKI KUBBA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of October, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK C, PLAN OF BAY FRONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA WAS FORMERLY A PART OF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
