NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit #132 of STONEHEDGE ON THE HILL, A COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement (Proprietary Lease) as recorded (if recorded) in Official Records Book 8139, at pages 496 through 524, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as STONEHEDGE ON THE HILL MOBILE HOME PARK, Tarpon Springs, Florida from the 1st of December 1998, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Master Occupancy Agreement which for of Agreement of all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association, at 39820 US Highway 19 North, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689. With the following street address: 38920 US Highway 19 North, Unit 132, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #494 of STONEHEDGE RESIDENTS, INC., for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and her acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement.
Mobile Home situated thereupon known as a 1979 Twin Title #15886032 and 15886033, Serial Numbers T2394572A and T2394572B, which is considered as real property
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 4, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
