NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-12779-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE MARINA OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LISA HENNAGIR, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 28, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit C-10, THE MARINA, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 5985, Pages 1532 through 1586, as amended in O.R. Book 6897, Page 691, and O.R. Book 7411, Page 2329, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 31 through 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
