NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-002701-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PATRICIAN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and THOMAS CLAYTON and KAREN CLAYTON are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 28, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 101, together with the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereof, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Patrician Oaks Unit VI, a condominium as recorded in official records book 4732, pages 1738 through 1783, and amendments thereto, and in condominium plat book 29, page 88, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
