NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered August 30, 2011, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Manchester House, Unit 512 from the Condominium Plat of Town Shores of Gulfport No. 214, a condominium, according the Condominium Plt Book 14, Pages 74 through 76 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4050, Page 1639, et. seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of September, 2011.
