NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I shall hold a sale of the subject property described as:

Real property legal description:
Unit 3, Building B, MADEIRA BAY TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 133, page 70, et seq., and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13842, page 550 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
The property or it's address is more commonly known as: 118 131st Ave., Unit #3, Madeira Beach, FL 33708.
(As described in that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement recorded at BK 14125, PG 455 in the Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida.).
at public sale, on October 12, 2011, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash. The sale will be held in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
