UNIT 109 D from the Condominium Plat of SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, according to Condominium Plat Book 34, Page 13 through 18, inclusive Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed May 2, 1979, in O.R. Book 4848, page 1456, as Clerk's Instrument No. 79071323, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the limited common elements appurtenant therto and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with , but not limited to, all other owners of undivded interests in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
