NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 1st, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-003981, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and HERSON A. SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERSON A. SANCHEZ; GLORIA SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MEADOWVIEW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE WEST 250 FEET OF BLOCK 2; THE EAST 254 FEET OF BLOCK 3; THE WEST 102 FEET OF THE EAST 126 FEET OF BLOCK 4; VACATED SHORT STREET; LESS THE NORTH 8.5 FEET THEREOF; ALL BEING PART OF THE SUBDIVISION OF FARM 217 AND PART OF FARM 210 REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR BEING A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LOT 148-C FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK 3 RUN WEST 254 FEET; THENCE NORTH 68.67 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 25.33 FEET; THENCE EAST 79 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 25.33 FEET; THENCE WEST 79 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
