NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-014808-CI-21 UCN: 522008CA014808XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KARL RAINER DANNINGER, DECEASED; LOUIS DANNINGER; ESTANCIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 3 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 42.1-B, OF ESTANCIA, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE 1, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 92, 93, 94, AND 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED MARCH 12, 1981 IN O.R. BOOK 5160, PAGES 1439 THROUGH 1510, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY; FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
