NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale Date, dated September 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-000904CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIAITON INC is the Plaintiff and MARA JERKOVIC and IGOR JERKOVIC are the defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of October, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2 Bldg 1, Sunset Grove 1 Condominium, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Book 17, Page 114, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto. Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant hereto.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
