Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 11-0071-CO-041, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE AHALI PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JEFF LACY, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 17, Block 1, Shady Acres Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, Pages 31 and 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with a portion of Lot 18 of aforementioned subdivision, being further described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southwesterly corner of said Lot 18 run thence § 86º52'11” E, 88.26 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 18; N00º04'41”E along the East line of said Lot 18, 58.56 feet; thence S62º03'38”W 100.01 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of 59th Avenue South; thence by a curve to the right, having a radius of 45.00 feet, Arc length of 6.89 feet, Chord S01º15'13”E 6.88 feet to Point of Beginning
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of October, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
