NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-020126-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, Plaintiff and Dorothy R. Kapp are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on October 12, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. 225, GATEWAY SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. 5 CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3137, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
