EXCEPTING, HOWEVER, THEREFROM ANY AND ALL BUILDING AND IMPROVEMENTS OF ANY NATURE LOCATED ON SAID LAND BEYOND THAT PART AND PORTION OF SAID BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS HEREINAFTER SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN APARTMENT LOCATED ON SAID LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 700 SQUARE FEET, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS APARTMENT NO. 808 AND SO DESIGNATED IN “APARTMENT UNIT PLAN”, INCLUDING THE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM SAID APARTMENTS: AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/13TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE WALLS AND OTHER STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS NECESSARY FOR SAID BUILDING.
