NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated August 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-17038-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-3, Plaintiff, and GWENA LEE AMOTH, KENT AMOTH are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, FIRST ADDITION TO REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
