NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2011 and an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated August 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-14120-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and PAMELA GILBERTI A/K/A PAMELA W. GILBERTI A/K/A PAM GILBERTI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA GILBERTI A/K/A PAMELA W. GILBERTI A/K/A PAM GILBERTI, REGIONS BANK, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, PINE GLADE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
