NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011 of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BETTY HAAS BLECKLEY, Trustee of the Betty Jean Haas Revocable Trust U/A/D December 16, 1988 is Plaintiff Sunquest Properties, Inc., Trustee of the 730 Land Trust Dated April 1, 2002, et al, are Defendants, that the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 7, 2011 to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
The North 50 feet of Lot 7, Elijah B. Plunkett's Subdivision of Block F, Kinyon and Woods Addition to St. Petersburg, Florida, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 56, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas was formerly a part.
