Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-4897-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
APARTMENT NO 4, BUILDING NO. 16, EASTWOOD PINES PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4066, PAGE 1720, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4546, PAGE 1550 AND FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4855, PAGE 2159, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on October 28, 2011. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
